Wang Hedi Company Issue a Statement Against Illegal Photographing

As Wang Hedi (Dylan Wang) sore in popularity since the drama "Love between Fairy and Devil", more people follow him closely not only in terms of online updates but also in real life.

On October 31 afternoon, his company M.Y. Entertainment issued a statement.

The statement mentions that someone sneaked into the artist's lounge to take photos without permission during the non-public activity. It also states that relevant evidences have been collected and might take further legal actions.

Recently, some unidentified personnel have repeatedly sneaked into the artist's lounge and filming site several times during non-public activities of our artist Mr. Wang, in order to take photos, sell and distribute the content of photographing secretly. Even after the staff member called the police, they still threatened that they would distribute the content obtained illegally. The above-mentioned acts not only seriously violated the artist's right to privacy and caused serious distress to the artist, but also seriously affected the process of the work of the artist and his partners as well as the confidentiality of important materials. For such behaviour, our company strongly condemns it, and hereby declares as follows:

1. In response to the above-mentioned illegal acts, the police have received the case after our company called them and the specific circumstances will be subject to the investigation by police. 

2. The above-mentioned situation has happed more than once, personnel such as the scalpers, proxy photographers etc. disguised as the photographer etc. to sneak into the artist's lounge and take candid photos and distribute such content after a business deal. Such acts have been suspected as serious violation of the artist's right to privacy. Our company has collected each evidence in accordance with the law and will not tolerate such acts.

3. All fans and friends are requested to take the initiative to deny paying for artist's information disseminated through inappropriate channels, including artist's photos taken at non-public event venues and filming sets, home addresses, personal information, itinerary etc.

Once such acts are discovered, it should be reported to the relevant departments immediately to prevent acceptance of such culture.

4. We also strongly condemn any other forms of illegal behaviours, including following (artist's) cars, airplanes and hotels, gathering at public transport stations, filming sites etc. to block the artist and disturbing public order etc.

We sincerely would like to thank everyone for their love for Mr. Wang Hedi. Mr. Wang Hedi will respond to everyone's love with better works. At the same time, we suggest everyone to enjoy being a fan rationally, reject illegal acts, jointly maintain the public order and meet with the artist in proper manner in relevant locations.
