Esther Yu Studio Releases a Warning Statement against Slanders

Past few days, as just the ritual in the land of C-ent, there were fights among CP fans of "Love Between Fairy and Devil" drama and solo fandoms of the main leads.

When fights get uglier among fans, artists are the ones who get the drag. Hence, Yu Shuxin (Esther Yu) studio releases a statement today with an effort to put all those slanders to an end.

The statement warns any parties spreading slanders to delete such content. It also states that they have entrusted the lawyers to collect evidence for the negative remarks to take legal action to set an example.

Recently, some entities have continued to publish negative remarks against Ms. Yu Shuxin on the online platforms, which has caused online violence against Ms. Yu Shuxin and seriously damaged Ms. Yu Shuxin's reputation. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of Ms. Yu Shuxin, the statement is released as follows:

1. According to the "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China", "Law of the People's Republic of China on Penalties for Administration of Public Security and Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant regulations, some entities' behavior of publishing false remarks against Ms. Yu Shuxin is suspected of violating on Ms. Yu Shuxin's right to reputation in the form of slanders and defamation, and shall publicly apologize and compensate for losses in accordance with the law. In serious cases, administrative criminal penalties may also be imposed.

2. The studio warns the relevant entities  to immediately delete the violating content that has been published, and stop publishing the suspected content of violation. Once again, this studio firmly resists malicious insults, disinformation and slander, which seriously affect the Internet environment and are contrary to the maintenance of a clean and healthy Internet God advocated by relevant departments.

3. In response to the recent malicious violation by some subjects, the studio has entrusted lawyers with full authority to take care of the matter, and will take comprehensive evidence against negative remarks on the Internet,  and will hold the subjects who are seriously suspected of violation accountable in accordance with the law, so as to set an example.
