Liu Shishi Takes the Cover of Cosmopolitan Magazine November Issue

The 35 years old goddess of beauty gives off a luxurious look despite the travel theme on the Cosmopolitan cover.

Pulling off the TOD's outfits effortlessly, Liu Shishi looks even youthful in the cover spread.

With perfect end of autumn vibe, this month spread of Cosmopolitan spread is worth keeping.

As Liu Shishi is currently filming yet another costume drama "A Journey to Love" with Liu Yuning, she shares about her experience with action scenes and horse riding.  When she was young, she was bold enough to just get on the horse and film right after. This time, she is a bit more serious. Her legs hurt after the first day of training as she had to hold the horse as well as the rein.

Regarding her role Ren Ruyi, "The character's situation is quite different from (those characters) in the past, she isn't childish, she's lonely and upright, with a different kind of personality charm, and that's where it attracts me. I just didn't think such a cool person would talk a lot, (I) just finished the dialogue yet there's one page after another".

For the life off-screen, Liu Shishi prefers a slow way of living. She would feel happy just by lying on the lawn to take a nap, reading a book until dusk or standing at the road side to watch the passing vehicles. 

For the question about criticism, she answered "Voices on Internet nowadays is a lot more complex than in the past, people easily change their mood. Some voices are sincere and others are just venting, just look at them and no need to bother with. Being yourself and spending your life (on your own) is just fine, if you feel bothered about every voice, you'd become very tired".

Liu Shishi also talked about her relationship with the fans for more than a decade. She said they are growing up and she hopes that "Little lions" (her fandom name) shall always be happy and healthy.

On the other hand, she acknowledges her lack of activities. "I sometimes joke that I am a "missing person' ", she said. She stated that some schedules cannot be disclosed yet and she would definitely share them when she can.
