Stories of Youth and Love Announced Casts

All the rumors have come to an end for the drama 199 Love (199爱) as the casts are now officially announced with the booting ceremony today.

Adapted from a novel of Ying Shiliu known as "十七岁你喜欢谁" (~ Whom do you like at the age of seventeen?), the drama, now named as "Stories of Youth and Love", tells a story of seven childhood friends who grew up together yet scattered all over the place after they turned 17.

Yang Zi plays Huang Yingzi, a reporter at a magazine who is facing a setback in her career. Fan Chengcheng takes the role of Jiang Yi, a gaming genius who went abroad when they parted ways.

Huang Yingzi (Yang Zi) feels like rekindling their once a strong friendship yet she needs to answer the question "Whom she likes at the age of seventeen?"

The other cast members include Zhu Yanmanzi, Jin Shijia, Wang Qianyue, Fang Yueqiao and Zhao Rui. 

Produced by Cosmic Bliss and directed by Niu Chao behind The Crack of Dawn and unaired Chasing the Light, this modern youth drama will run for 35 episodes.
